Dr Bharadwaj, son of Mr. Om Dutta Sharma, wanted to take the work of his father from an individual level to a larger scale.  Having a background in medical management and a degree in Medicine from Ross University, he began building a team of people who would unite to improve the quality and efficiency of the charity and it’s functioning.  Being the primary visionary of Mission Humanity, Dr. Bharadwaj, began by building a team of people who shared his vision and who could play a role in fulfilling the goals of the charity.  He is also the leading figure in guiding and development of new projects and diligently keeps a check on the allocation and use of funds legitimately. 

 Nidhi Arya – Advisory Board Member/Project Coordinator

Ms. Arya, a social worker by profession, was the one of the first people to join the Mission Humanity team.  She is the coordinator of day to day activities of the organization.  She primarily assesses the feasibility of projects, gathers data, and organizes the minutia essential to maintain the functionality of all projects.  She is also involved in multimedia development for various projects and is a key moral driving force in the charity.

 Humdum Durrani, MD. – Advisory Board Member

Dr. Durrani, was one of the first people to join the Mission Humanity team.  Coming from a humanitarian background himself, with experience in fundraising and event coordination, he offers insightful and creative means of improving acquisition of funds for Mission Humanity.  Dr. Durrani is also deeply involved in development of the multimedia component of various projects.   He is known for his creativity and his organizational skills and plays a key role in the charities development. 

Vishal Puri – Advisory Board Member

Mr. Puri, another early member of the Mission Humanity team, has a background in Business and Banking.  He is fully involved in fund raising and is essential to the management of Mission Humanity’s associations.  He ensures the funding is legitimate and within the moral code of ethics that Mission Humanity would like to maintain.

Pranay Bhardwaj - Intern

Pranay, grand-son of Mr. Om Dutta Sharma, is a junior in high school.  His contribution to Mission Humanity include fund raising, T-shirt sales, multimedia development, and assistance in all other activities of the organization.

Krishna Sharma, RN.

Mrs. Sharma, is Mr Om Dutta Sharma’s wife.  She is a nurse at Bellvue Hospital in New York City and is the moral and emotional driving force behind Mission Humanity.  Her motivation and support were the driving force behind the formation of the charity and continue to be the stimulus for improvement and direction.

Prasheel Bharadwaj – Accountant

Prasheel, son of Mr. Om Dutta Sharma, is an accountant by profession.  He assesses and maintains the financial running of the organization.  His other responsibilities include oversight of legal contracts and the allocation of various Mission Humanity funds appropriately.
